Yess we absolutely do! We love taking your creative minds and collaborating on custom pieces. It is up to hippiehype discretion what kind of pieces can be customised. Contact us if you have some idea and we can work together creating your perfect piece. 💕

Question 3

Are all the Ceramic Pieces food safe / hot beverage safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes they sure are! All hippiehype ceramics are made with food safe glaze and fired in a kiln which cooks them to a high temperature to make them vitreous -  or for a better term hot drink/ food safe.

Question 4

Can I put the ceramic pieces in the Microwave and Dishwasher?

Accepted Answer

All the pieces is dishwasher and microwave safe. As all pieces are delicately hand made, we do encourage you to hand wash your pieces when possible.

Care Instructions - for Ashtray/ Trinket tray

Accepted Answer

- All Ashtray/Trinket trays are made of Air dry clay and coated with resin to protect and give a glossy look. 
- You can use wet cloth/ wipe to clean it, though it's coated with resin but still we wouldn't recommend to submerge it in water.

- Please allow us 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order.
- All orders are shipped via NZ post.
- Orders are not posted on Saturday and Sundays

• New Zealand Shipping - For Standard delivery the shipping cost will be between $4.80- $8. Rural delivery Surcharge Additional $5.50

• All orders according to NZ post website, will be delivered in 3-5 working days after shipped.

• For Express delivery the shipping cost will be between  $6.80- $11 and will be delivered in 1-2 days.

• Track your order via Nz post, (by clicking at the Botton given below) Enter your tracking number we have sent you. or you can directly track from the shipping email received from us.

• PICK-UP is available from Wellington, New Zealand. If you would like to save on shipping cost and pick up directly from us, please use the pick-up option at check out.

• Shipping overseas - is available, please contact me via Dm or email and I will look into arranging shipping to your country.

• Please Note : Hippiehype is not responsible for any customs, import or administrate fees that may apply in your country. the customer is responsible for their package, if returned to sender (marked as unclaimed or incorrect address) we do not offer free shipping back to the customer.

Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

Yes you can but please tell me asap (Dm or email) after you have ordered. once your order is dispatched then there is nothing I will be able to do.

What's your refund policy?

Unfortunately we do not offer any refund once you have purchased your item. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me using the 'contact' feature. I will be in touch shortly requesting a picture of your damage item. The photo of your damage item must be in the original packaging and the photo must be taken the same day your package arrived.
